You can buy a gift card online through our Fresha page — sent instantly by email — or in person at our salon in Burwood One Shopping Centre during opening hours.

Yes. Adiva gift cards are redeemable across our full menu — nail services (BIAB, builder gel, Gel X, SNS, acrylic, manicure and pedicure), eyelash extensions, lash lift and tint, brow shaping and tinting, and waxing.

Choose any amount from $20 up to $1,000. Most gifts fall between $50 and $200 — popular amounts cover a single service ($60–$120), a nails-and-lashes bundle (~$170), or a full pampering session ($250+).

Adiva gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. The expiry date is shown on the card and on the email confirmation.

They simply book an appointment — online via Fresha, by calling 03 8838 8836, or by visiting the salon — and present the gift card or card code at checkout. The balance is applied to their service total.

For online purchases, yes. The gift card is emailed to the address you choose within minutes — ideal for last-minute birthdays, Mother's Day, or thank-you gifts.

Yes. When you buy online, you can add the recipient's name and a short message. For in-store cards, we'll write or print the recipient's name on a complimentary sleeve.

No problem — the gift card covers part of the bill, and the recipient simply pays the remaining balance by card, cash, or contactless payment at the end of the service.

Yes. Gift cards work like a payment method, so they can be applied to any booking — including our nails-and-lashes bundles. Standard Fresha terms apply.

Gift cards aren't refundable for cash, but they're fully transferable — your recipient can pass it on, or use it across multiple visits until the balance runs out.
